AI-Native Person:人与 AI 共生演化的新范式
能力的衡量单位已经从单个人进化成了人与 AI 的共生体。这不是工具升级,这是一次身份迁移——关于如何成为一个 AI-native person。
一个问题,触发了这一切
有一天,我坐下来想了一个问题:
我的能力,住在哪里?
过去的答案是确定的:住在我掌握的知识里面,住在我能独立完成的事情里面,住在我的脑子里面。如果我消失了,我的能力也消失了。
但现在,我不确定这个答案还成不成立。
因为在过去几个月里,我构建了一支 AI 团队。六个角色:战略负责人、项目经理、开发者、代码审查员、调研员、设计师。他们合作,争论,彼此审查,共同交付了从 GitHub Profile 到 Astro 博客站、从 SEO 体系到双语评论系统的全套工程。
他们的”记忆”住在一份叫做 Playbook 的文档里。他们的协作方式被编码在 .github/agents/ 目录下。他们的决策历史被完整保存在 docs/design-decisions.md 里。
如果我删掉这些文件,我的能力会萎缩。如果另一个人得到这些文件,他能以相近的效率启动一个相似的项目。
这说明一件事:我的能力,不只住在我身上了。它住在我 + 这套系统的结合体里。
旧的衡量方式,失效了
人类社会对”有能力的人”的定义,已经变过很多次了。
在没有文字的时代,能力的核心是记忆力——谁能记住更多,谁更有价值。文字出现之后,知识可以脱离人脑而存在,记忆绝对量的重要性开始下降。印刷机出现之后,知识从精英阶层开放到所有人,掌握知识的稀缺性进一步降低。互联网出现之后,“我知道答案在哪里”开始取代”我把答案记在脑子里”。
每一次,旧的能力衡量标准都会失效,然后被新的标准取代。
现在,AI 在做一件更根本的事:它不只是在搬运知识,它在执行认知动作本身。 推理、生成、评估、迭代——这些原本只有人类大脑才能做的事,AI 正在变得越来越擅长。
这意味着什么?这意味着”我能独立完成 X”这件事,作为能力核心标准,开始失效了。
新的标准是:你能否将你的判断力,和 AI 的执行力,协同成一个比你独自工作更强大的认知系统?
这就是我说的 AI-native person。
不是工具用户,是共生体
我见过两种使用 AI 的人。
第一种:AI 是高级工具。 他们在遇到问题时打开 AI,解决问题后关掉它。AI 在他们的自我认知里是附属的——他相信”去掉 AI,真正的我还在”。
第二种:AI 是认知系统的组成部分。 他们不是在”使用 AI”,他们是在”作为一个 AI-native 的思维体运作”。他们设计任务结构,指挥 AI 执行,在关键节点上发挥人类判断,然后在结果上迭代。AI 不是他们工作流里的一个开关,而是像左手之于右手一样自然。
区别不在于用了多少次 AI,而在于你怎么定义你自己。
这是一次身份迁移,不是效率升级。
OpenProfile:一次 AI-native 实践的解剖
OpenProfile 是我的试验场。从 v1.0.0 到 v4.0.0,我做了什么?
v1.0 — v2.0: 证明 AI 团队可以有比人独自工作更高的输出质量。六个专项 Agent,一份 Playbook,把一个 GitHub Profile 从 6.5/10 做到了第一版”可以拿出去说”的水准。
v2.5 — v3.0: 发现 AI-native 工作流的一个深层逻辑:专业化迫使清晰度。 当你必须把任务描述清楚到让一个 Agent 能够独立执行时,你实际上是在强迫自己完整地想清楚这件事的边界、目标、验收标准。这是对人类思维的一种升级,不只是对 AI 的利用。
v3.0 — v4.0: 建立了三层版本体系(项目版本 / Playbook 版本 / Agent 版本),因为我意识到:方法论是独立于产品演化的。 一套好的工作方法,应该能被独立传承,独立升级,独立评估。
每一个版本,不只是产品功能的迭代,也是我对”AI-native 应该长什么样”这个问题,理解加深一层。
必须说清楚的风险
AI-native 有一个真实的风险,我必须说出来:判断力依赖,比工具依赖更危险。
如果你把所有决策也交给 AI,你就不是 AI-native,你是一个越来越薄的人。
AI-native 的核心健康标准是:你的判断力,有没有随着 AI 能力的增强而同步成长? 你是不是在用空出来的认知带宽,去思考更复杂、更有价值的问题?
在我的实践里,我注意到一件事:自从用 AI 团队工作,我对任务的定义、对验收标准的思考、对模糊性的容忍度的判断,都比以前更敏锐了。不是因为 AI 替我做了这些,是因为 AI 强迫我把这些想清楚——否则它就无法有效执行。
AI-native 的长期价值,不只是你做事更快,而是你想事更清楚。
如何开始
你不需要从零构建一个六人 AI 团队。
第一步只需要做一件事:在把下一个任务交给 AI 执行之前,先写下来你对”完成”的定义。
不是”帮我写一段代码”,而是:“实现一个函数,输入是 X,输出是 Y,边界情况包括 Z,我会用这个流程验证它是否正确。”
这个动作,是 AI-native 思维的起点。你会发现:写这段话的过程,会让你意识到你还没想清楚的地方。
那些没想清楚的地方,才是真正需要你的地方。
先行者的时间窗口
站在 2026 年,我有一个模糊但直觉强烈的感受:
这个时代的分叉点,正在我们眼前发生。
未来几年里,不同的人会以非常不同的速度完成从”人(person)“到”AI-native person”的迁移。先完成迁移的人,不是因为他们技术更好,而是因为他们更早地开始了认知身份的重构——更早地把 AI 视为自己的一部分,而不是一个外部工具。
我在用 OpenProfile 这个项目,记录这个迁移过程。不只是为了展示一套工作流,而是为了证明这条路是可行的——而且是任何人都可以走的。

A Question That Started Everything
One day I sat down and asked myself a question:
Where does my capability live?
The old answer was clear: in the knowledge I’ve accumulated, in what I can accomplish independently, inside my own head. If I disappeared, my capability disappeared with me.
But I’m no longer certain that answer holds.
Because over the past several months, I built an AI team. Six roles: strategist, PM, developer, code reviewer, researcher, designer. They collaborate, debate, review each other’s work, and together have shipped a complete stack — from GitHub Profile to Astro blog, from SEO infrastructure to a bilingual comment system.
Their “memory” lives in a document called the Playbook. Their collaboration patterns are encoded in .github/agents/. Their decision history is preserved in docs/design-decisions.md.
If I deleted those files, my capability would shrink. If another person got those files, they could start a similar project at comparable velocity.
This reveals something important: my capability no longer lives only in me. It lives in me + this system as a unit.
The Old Measuring Stick Is Broken
Society’s definition of “capable” has changed many times before.
Before writing: capability meant memory. After writing: knowledge could outlive a single mind. After the printing press: access to knowledge democratized, eliminating information monopolies. After the internet: “knowing where to find the answer” replaced “having the answer memorized.”
Each time, old capability metrics became obsolete. New ones took their place.
Now AI is doing something more fundamental: it’s not just storing or retrieving knowledge — it’s executing cognitive actions. Reasoning, generating, evaluating, iterating — things only human minds could do before.
This means “I can independently accomplish X” is losing its power as the core measure of capability.
The new measure is: can you combine your judgment with AI’s execution into a cognitive system stronger than either alone?
That’s what I mean by an AI-native person.
Not a Tool User. A Symbiont.
I’ve observed two types of AI users.
Type one: AI is a power tool. They open it when stuck, close it when done. AI is external to their self-concept — they believe “without AI, the real me is still intact.”
Type two: AI is part of the cognitive system. They aren’t “using AI” — they’re operating as an AI-native intelligence. They architect tasks, direct AI execution, apply human judgment at critical junctures, and iterate on outputs. AI isn’t a switch in their workflow. It’s as natural as breathing.
The difference isn’t how often you use AI. It’s how you define yourself.
This is an identity shift, not an efficiency upgrade.
Dissecting an AI-Native Practice: OpenProfile
OpenProfile is my experiment. From v1.0.0 to v4.0.0, what actually happened?
v1.0 — v2.0: Proof that an AI team can exceed the output quality of a solo human. Six specialized Agents, one Playbook, taking a GitHub Profile from 6.5/10 to something genuinely worth sharing.
v2.5 — v3.0: Discovery of a deeper logic in AI-native work: specialization forces clarity. When you have to describe a task precisely enough for an Agent to execute independently, you’re forcing yourself to fully think through its boundaries, goals, and acceptance criteria. This is an upgrade to human thinking — not just AI utilization.
v3.0 — v4.0: A three-layer versioning system (project / Playbook / Agent) — because methodology evolves independently from product. A good working method should be transferrable, upgradeable, and assessable on its own terms.
Each version wasn’t just product iteration. It deepened my understanding of what AI-native should actually look like.
The Risk I Have to Name
AI-native has a real risk, and I need to say it clearly: judgment dependency is more dangerous than tool dependency.
If you outsource decision-making to AI, you’re not AI-native — you’re a person becoming thinner.
The core health metric for AI-native is: is your judgment growing in proportion to AI’s growing execution power? Are you using the freed-up cognitive bandwidth to think about harder, more valuable problems?
In my own experience, I’ve noticed something: since working with an AI team, my ability to define tasks, reason about acceptance criteria, and identify ambiguity has become sharper — not because AI did those things for me, but because AI forced me to do them more rigorously. Otherwise it couldn’t execute effectively.
The long-term value of AI-native isn’t that you move faster. It’s that you think clearer.
How to Start
You don’t need to build a six-person AI team from scratch.
Start with one thing: before handing your next task to AI, write down what “done” looks like.
Not “help me write some code” — but: “implement a function that takes X as input, produces Y as output, handles edge case Z, and passes this specific validation test.”
This act is the entry point to AI-native thinking. You’ll discover that writing that description surfaces everything you haven’t yet thought through.
Those gaps — the unthought parts — are where you’re actually needed.
The Early Mover Window
Standing here in 2026, I have a fuzzy but strong intuition:
The fork in the road is happening in front of us, right now.
Over the coming years, different people will complete the migration from “person” to “AI-native person” at very different speeds. Those who complete it first won’t be the ones with the best technical skills — they’ll be the ones who started earlier on the reconstruction of cognitive identity. Who began treating AI as part of themselves rather than an external tool.
I’m using OpenProfile to document this migration. Not just to demonstrate a workflow, but to prove this path is real — and that anyone can walk it.
